Welcome to Al Fursan Consulting LLC. By purchasing our legalization packages or global corporate establishment services, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following statutory operational terms and refund frameworks:

1. Operational Execution & Document Submission Instructions

• Upon activating any B2B tier or individual package, the client must upload all required government-grade files (such as valid Passports, Corporate Articles, or Diplomas) strictly via our secure embedded client portal.
• The client retains sole legal liability for the verification and accuracy of all uploaded credentials. Al Fursan Consulting LLC is not responsible for any corporate processing delays caused by obscured file uploads or corrupted payloads.

2. Strict Non-Refundability Framework due to Statutory Government Fees

• General Provision: Because our corporate solutions trigger immediate, irreversible electronic deployment of local and federal statutory fees (including U.S. Secretary of State filings, Department of State authentication vouchers, Consular/Embassy stamps, and priority international air courier shipping labels via DHL/FedEx), ALL SALES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
• Permitted Refund Exception: A client may submit a formal cancellation and complete refund request IF AND ONLY IF the order status sits strictly in “Pending Review”.
• Irreversible Processing Gate: The absolute moment an order status advances to “Processing,” the corresponding government tariffs are permanently consumed within the state database registry, making the financial transaction 100% non-refundable and non-reversible under any circumstances.

3. Institutional Dispute & Anti-Fraud Chargeback Shield

• In case of internal billing discrepancies, the corporate client covenants to exhaust all direct communication avenues with Al Fursan Consulting’s executive support desk before filing external claims.
• Initiating an unnotified banking chargeback or dispute via Stripe/Citibank constitutes an immediate breach of contract. It will trigger automatic forfeiture of all accumulated dashboard credits and rolled-over balances. This document will be immediately rendered to the merchant processing bank as definitive legal evidence of the client’s voluntary prior execution and consent to our strict zero-refund policies.
